Produced from Cabernet grapes grown by the Virant Vineyard–just 3 miles east of Dutzow. This wine was aged for more than a year in French oak barrels and then bottled without filtration. [no residual sugar]

Less than a handful of Missouri wineries produce wine from Missouri-grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Our main source of this grape is the Virant Vineyard, located approximately 3 miles from the winery.
